We invite you to enjoy this year’s EHO (meaning Echo in Macedonian), resonating from the mountains across the globe, organized by Alpinizam.org.

Each day, thousands of people live their dreams in the mountains: they hike, climb, ski, explore caves, go kayaking through the river rapids or glide on the mountain winds. Each day, that passionate love of nature weaves stories that leave everyone breathless. The EHO of those adventures, carried by their simplicity and candour, reaches us – it inspires and motivates us to love and enjoy nature more passionately, to go beyond our limits, to continue furthering that energy through our 
stories.

“As long as I live, I'll hear waterfalls and birds and winds sing. I'll interpret the rocks, learn the language of flood, storm, and the avalanche. I'll acquaint myself with the glaciers and wild gardens, and get as near the heart of the world as I can… My method of study was to drift from rock to rock and grove to grove… I camped wherever night found me… When I discovered a new plant, I sat beside it for a minute or a day, to make its acquaintance and try to hear what it had to tell me. During EHO, let us drift from one rock face to another, let us hear the sounds of waterfalls and birds, let us acquaint the plants, and learn the lessons that nature teaches us, brought to us through those magnificent movies, photographs, and presentations.
